We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent and all returns will only be accepted with a valid PMD Magnetics returns authorisation number (RMA). Unauthorised goods will be refused. Refused goods must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of.
Cancellation of order by Customer
Any order which PMD Magnetics has accepted may not be cancelled and the customer shall not return to the Company by way of cancellation goods supplied to the Customer in accordance with an order unless the Company consents in writing and the Company may as a condition of giving such consent require payment of such sum as will indemnify the Company against all loss (including loss profits) which the Company may have suffered as a result of cancellation.
Goods ordered in error
At the discretion of PMD Magnetics orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice providing goods are in a wholly saleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life and packaging. All returns will only be accepted with a valid PMD Magnetics returns authorisation number (RMA). Unauthorised goods will be refused. Refused goods must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of.
These may be returned at the cost of the customer with suitable paperwork and details to enable a prompt processing of your credit note.
All such returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Goods claimed to be faulty will be processed in accordance with any valid warranty which the product has. It is likely that PMD Magnetics will request you register the fault with the manufacturer/brand of the product as the warranty conditions will be their responsibility and not PMD Magnetics.
Any replacement product will either be issued direct by the manufacturer/brand, or issued by PMD Magnetics but only after authorisation has been given by the manufacturer/brand of the product.
No credit will be issued for faulty goods, unless authorised by the manufacturer/brand with PMD Magnetics.
Any returns of faulty goods will be at the customers own cost, but delivery of replacement goods will be free of charge. Faulty goods may be collected free of charge, but this will be at the discretion of the manufacturer/brand of the product, not PMD Magnetics.
Goods deemed not faulty, will not receive replacement or credit and customer will arrange collection or re-delivery at their expense.
All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable a claim to be processed. Such claims must be logged with PMD Magnetics no more than 24hrs after date and time of original delivery to be valid. Credit, where appropriate, will be issued upon receipt and evaluation, normally within three working days.
Short Shipment/Picking Error
For a claim to be valid it must be logged with PMD Magnetics no more than 24hrs after date and time of original delivery. Replacement goods will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
RMA Expiry Date
All PMD Magnetics returns authorisation numbers (RMA) carry a 14-day expiry date. The RMA is void after this date. Credits will not be issued against the RMA once void, and receipt of these goods will be refused.
All returns must be suitably packaged; damaged or defaced original packaging cannot be credited.
