Notification

We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior notification. Once notified, a Return Notification Number (RNN) will be provided. The RNN must be included with all correspondence relating to the return to ensure the return. Any goods that are returned without prior notification and obtaining an RNN will be refused.

Cancellation of order by Customer

Any order made may only be cancelled prior to delivery of the goods. If the goods have been dispatched and are not yet delivered, the goods should not be tampered with upon delivery and the cost of returning the goods to us will be deducted from your refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery has taken place.

Goods ordered in error

Any order made in error may be returned at our absolute discretion within 30 days of the date of the invoice subject to the goods being in a wholly saleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life and packaging.

If a return is made (see above regarding Notification) within the 30 days, a refund will be made within 3 working days of the receipt of the goods in wholly saleable condition.

A restocking charge of 5% will be deducted from any refund.

Faulty goods

Any goods with a fault within 30 days of the date of the invoice will be replaced, subject to stock availability. Any fault reported after 30 days from date of invoice will be dealt with pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty. The detail of the warranty is accessible through the manufacturer directly, with particulars provided to you on delivery, or on request.

Returns for faulty goods will be at the cost of the Customer but delivery of any replacement is free of charge.

Goods will be reviewed upon return and if not faulty, the cost of re-delivering the goods will be at the cost of the Customer.

A refund for faulty goods will only be provided, if the product can not be replaced within 90 days from date of receipt of faulty goods at the returns address provided in the RNN.

Damaged goods

All goods received in a damaged state must be notified within 72 hours of delivery. Goods will be reviewed upon return and if not faulty, the cost of re-delivering the goods will be at the cost of the Customer.

A refund or replacement where appropriate will be issued within 3 working days of receipt of the return of damaged goods.

Short shipment/picking error

Any delivery which is incorrect or missing products must be notified within 72 hours of delivery.

On acceptance of error, replacement of incorrect or missing product will be issued within 3 working days of receipt of the notification of missing products, subject to stock availability. Replacement is provided on condition the incorrect goods are returned as per the Notification section above.

All returns must be suitably packaged; damaged or defaced original packaging will not be refunded.
